Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can cancel your order and return the goods within 30 days from the date you received them. Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.

Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receiving the goods, or from the date a third party you have appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used to make the purchase, and no additional fees will be incurred for the refund.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

2. The goods are in their original, unused condition and packaging.

Please note, the following items cannot be returned:

• Products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.

• Items that, for health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened or unsealed after delivery.

• Products that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our discretion.

We recommend using a trackable and insured mailing service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return shipping. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or proof of return delivery.
